First Annual Ronald McNair Wrestling Invitational

Stockton, CA - The Valley Christian High School varsity wrestling team kicked off it's wrestling season this weekend with a BANG. They traveled to neighboring Stockton, California, to participate in the 1st Annual Ronald McNair Wrestling Invitational. Although all six wrestlers had trained hard the last several weeks uncertainty loomed as each wrestler shifted up one weight-class to conform to the new hydration rules enacted this season. But neither the new rules, the San Juaquin fog, the train tracks, nor the heavy traffic on hwy 99 could stop our Warriors. All six of the Valley Christian wrestlers medaled in the competition.
